Hi! I’m Magda, I have been running my mulberry silk products store since 2021. I created SilkGlam as a side project but it fully overtook my life and now I shifted all my attention to it!
I have always been into self-care. Being especially focused on my skin and hair care I gathered extensive knowledge about mulberry products and the effect they have on my skin and hair. For me, SilkGlam is not only a store but also a platform where I can share my experiences and knowledge about self-care and benefits from using mulberry silk in everyday life. I have been testing mulberry products for many years and I came to conclusion that the best kind of silk for my hair and skin is the 22-momme silk due its special qualities. It has long fibres which give it a specifically delicate yet very durable structure. I have chosen this particular selection of silk to be used in all my products. All SilkGlam products are ECO STANDARD certified. This internationally recognised certification proves that all products are free of any toxic components and are safe for your skin and hair. This is particularly important for pillowcases and scrunchies as they come in contact with skin and hair each day and night.
All SilkGlam orders are prepared and shipped same working day. I have designed packaging which is elegant yet environmentally friendly. I decided to go with a gift box design which my Customers love as many of our products have been used as presents for various occasions.
